Chief Medical Officer
The MMRF and MMRC seek a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to guide the organization down the pathways of innovation in clinical medicine in the treatment of multiple myeloma. In collaboration with the executive team, the CMO will identify and pursue a portfolio of clinical trials to ensure high priority Phase I/II clinical trials, correlative science, pre-clinical initiatives and grants consistent with long-term goals and objectives, and to ensure the alignment of clinical efforts with investment strategies. Reporting to the CEO, the CMO will influence emerging treatments in myeloma and important elements of clinical trial design, identify and build relationships with thought leaders in the area of multiple myeloma, and manage the clinical operations of the MMRC. The candidate must be energetic and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The MMRC is currently accepting applications for the following positions:
Clinical Program Manager
The MMRC seeks a Clinical Program Manager (CPM) to work with the MMRC's operations network at the member institutions and, clinical trial management personnel at pharmaceutical, biotech and CROs to facilitate the rapid execution of Consortium industry-sponsored Phase I and II myeloma-only clinical trials. In addition, the CPM is responsible for planning, execution and ongoing assessment/revision of crucial MMRC Operational programs/initiatives in support of MMRC's fundamental business strategy of bringing new treatments to patients rapidly.

A minimum of a Bachelors is required, at least 2 years clinical research experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industries preferred. Clinical Research Professional certification highly desirable. Broad knowledge of oncology drug development process (Phase I/II), clinical research operations, regulatory guidelines and data management required.

The candidate must be energetic and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong written and oral communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to multi-task and work independently are required. Additionally, this candidate requires solid people management and problem solving skills and must be adept at using the MS Office Suite of software including: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Must also be available for domestic and Canadian travel including overnight stays.
