Autologous Peripheral Blood Stem Cell (PBSC) Transplantation Followed By Non-Myeloablative Allogeneic PBSC Transplantation in Patients With Multiple Myeloma |

| Purpose: |
This trial will couple an autologous transplant with multiple myeloma with a subsequent non-myeloablative sibling transplant in order to assess the feasibility of this approach and whether graft-versus-myeloma can improve disease-free survival. |

| Eligibility: |
The eligibility criteria include the following:
Patients must have active multiple myeloma requiring treatment
No more than 12 months of prior alkylating-agent therapy
No more than 18 months of all prior therapy
No more than one prior progression after intial therapy
Greater than 4 weeks since prior treatment
Identification of an HLA-identical sibling donor
Age less than 65 years
Performance status of 0-1
DLCO greater than 40%
LVEF greater than 30%
No uncontrolled diabetes mellitus or active serious infection
Other criteria will be evaluated upon consultation.
